1/4 cup Pineapple, !/2 shredded carrots,1/2 coconut,

1 teaspoon baking powder,

!/2 cup wheat germ, and 1/2 flour,

2-3 swigs maple syrup,

1 tab oil,

1/2 tea cinnamon, and 1/2 allspice

mix well- put into dallops about 1 tablespoon

oil in pan, dollops in oil med heat (watch heat -turn to low if needed) look at base of cookie

cook after in pan for 5-12 minutes firm around edges time to remove!

and eat!!! measurements of ingredients can be adjusted as you like

can make cream cheese with confectioners sugar

vanilla 1/4 tea optional ,mix ingredients until like icing , slowly add confectioners sugar to cream cheese

ice cookies after cooled
