Peanut Noodles with Scallion and Carrots
Peanut Butter (chunky better)
Vinegar (White, Balsamic, any really)
Asian noodles ( better with fresh noodles, most asian markets sell them)
Salt (as needed)
Hot Chili sauce (Asian or any other – optional)
Cook Noodles (handfull or two) , drain and plop back into same pan, (extra water ok), One tab. peanut butter, 6 splashes soy sauce, two splashes vinegar, mix till sauce forms.
Add 1/4 cup grated carrots and tsp. hot chilie sauce, mix.
Place on serving dish top with chopped scallions – Pour glass white wine iced and play Poirot (Agatha Christie mystery) DVD ” Cards On The Table ”
Green apple and chocolate covered pretzels for dessert with Mocha-Java , add orange zest, topping? whipped cream!
