Speaking of bargains, another place where there are deals to be had are outlets of major companies. In my area there are food outlets such as Entemens and Pepridge Farms where what costs 4 or 5 bucks normally costs 1 or 2 bucks.
Yeah, there a day or two old but lets face it we’re all a day or two old, I regularly get 12 donuts, crumb cake (ultimate variety – yummy!), fudge cake, chocolate chip cookies, raspberry cheese cake, all for a buck .
Also look for the outlet for major haberdasheries. Near me, we have Saks Fifth Ave, Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus and Ann Taylor. I have gotten$ 500.00 dollar jackets for $70 bucks , $200,oo shoes $20 bucks and any other item you can think of for 70 to 90 percent off… you have to be willing to hunt a little, but find a place that is on a coffee run or on the way home from work and drop by weekly – that’s how you catch the gems
Now people might think, she is shameless in her bargain hunting but …as Benjamin Franklin said,
“Having been poor is no shame, but being ashamed of it, is. “
Benjamin Franklin ( I’m from the Philly area so…Ben is a great influence!)
PEACE and happy bargain hunting!
