Mitchell to arrive in Israel to discuss freeze deal

US Middle East envoy George Mitchell was scheduled to arrive in Israel on Sunday afternoon, Israel Radio reported.
According to the report, Mitchell was expected to discuss the progress of a proposed deal by which Israel would freeze building in settlements for 90 days in hopes of renewing stalled peace talks with the Palestinians.
